本文提出了一种基于田口质量观的、总成本最小为目标函数，以装配功能要求，加工余量公差和经济加工精度为约束条件的并行公差设计的优化模型。
In this paper, an optimization model of parallel tolerance design based on Taguchi’s quality concept and with the least total cost as the objective function is proposed, which is constrained by the assembly function requirement, machining allowance tolerance and economic machining accuracy.
