目前,现代技工教育还很不成熟,地区差异大,公办和私立技校发展不平衡,尤其是现代技工教育中的职业指导还没有真正做到“全员育人”的效果,很多的只限于课堂教学,课外延伸职业指导基本上是个空白。本文通过了解和分析技工学校职业指导与就业的现状,结合深圳技师学院的实践,探讨职业指导在现代技工教育学生管理中的创新应用,试从创新学生管理模式,将职业指导融入主题班会,纳入社团活动,引入学生宿舍管理,结合心理辅导,延伸到勤工俭学岗位等等方面,与学生管理工作紧密结合起来,抛砖引玉,以帮助当下竞争激烈的职业教育和就业压力中的技工教育走出阴霾,摆脱困境,实现更高质量就业,成为职业教育竞争中的一支主力军。
