今年国庆“十一”长假,国家继续实施节假日小型客车免收通行费政策,交通流量的激增加大了道路交通安全出行的压力;长假后半程,雾霾、台风等恶劣天气影响北京、河北、浙江、福建等10多个省市。各地公安交管部门认真贯彻公安部部署要求,会同相关部门,全力以赴保障了全国交通安全形势总体稳定。长假7天,全国接报涉及人员伤亡的道路交通事故起数、死亡人数与去年同期相比分别下降32%和37%,未发生一次死亡10人以上重大事故。

During the 7-day long holiday, the number of road accidents involving casualties in the country was reported. The number of deaths decreased by 32% and 37% respectively as compared with the same period of last year. There was no major accident with more than 10 deaths.
