我们现在的社会是一个不断创新的时代,要想跟上时代步伐,我们必须与时俱进,勇于创新,大学英语教学创新是提高大学英语教育教学质量的重要突破口,这样才能培养出社会需要的人才。随着社会对高级应用性技术人才的需求,高职教育事业蓬勃,高职英语教学应遵循“实用为主、够用为度”的发展原则,但是近年来高职英语教学却处于一种尴尬的局面,它的教学一直沿用本科教学,所培养的学生并不完全具备扎实的专业技能和较强的外语应用能力。所以,高职英语教学改革创新很有必要。本文分析了影响高职大学英语教学陈旧的原因,并对如何改进创新提出了一些新的建议。
