心身疾病已成为当今社会影响人类健康的最重要的因素。据初步统计,在大城市综合性医院就诊的初诊病人中,有略高于1/3的病人是躯体疾病,不到1/3的病人是神经症,其余1/3是心身疾病。由于现代社会的快速发展,人们所面临的心理社会问题日益增多,心身疾病才普遍受到重视。在紧张多变的社会环境中,从个人角度来维护心身健康,有以下几个方面: (一)培养健全的人格
