目的：主要介绍喹诺酮类药物的近期研究发展状况，供同行参考。方法：分别介绍喹诺酮类药物的抗菌活性和药代动力学特点、研究中的新品种以及当前研究的主要趋势。结果和结论：随着喹诺酮类的构效关系作用机制、耐药机制的研究深入，必将出现疗效更好的新药物。
Objective: To introduce the recent developments of quinolones for peer reference. Methods: The antibacterial and pharmacokinetic characteristics of quinolones, the new varieties under study and the main trends in the current study were introduced respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With the mechanism of structure-activity relationship of quinolones and the research of drug resistance mechanism, new drugs with better curative effect will appear.
