多轴增稳云台作为小型无人飞行器载荷系统重要的组成单元,小型化、轻量化与高集成化是云台设计发展的基本趋势之一。提出了一种基于空间多点悬挂、多轴系框架闭环的云台系统轻量化设计方法,分析了封闭环架多点自由度约束设计模型,通过载荷的力矩计算,创建了云台系统的轻量化模型。通过有限元力学建模仿真,结合多旋翼无人飞行器的振动特性,与实验相结合,分析了云台系统的振动特性和随着载荷重量改变的模态响应,验证了系统设计的可行性和稳定性,为云台系统的轻量化设计提供了理论参考。
Multi-axis stabilization PTZ as an important component unit of a small UAV payload system, miniaturization, lightweight and highly integrated design and development of the PTZ is one of the basic trends. Through the finite element mechanical modeling and simulation, combined with the vibration characteristics of the UAV, the vibration characteristics of the PTZ system and the modal response of the PTZ system are analyzed.
