急性心肌梗塞介入治疗55例体会

近年来,经皮腔内冠脉成形术(PTCA)和支架植入术作为机械性再灌注手段。应用于急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者.并逐渐推广。1997年10月至1999年6月我院心内科对55例AMI患者进行了PTCA和支架术,现报告如下。
