近几年,在水泥、化工、煤炭、电力等行业中,粉粒状物料高负荷输送系统广泛采用了N-YDG钢丝胶带斗提,该种斗提具有提升高度理想、输送能力强、可耐受被送物料温度高(可达120℃)、料斗排列紧密、提取和卸出的连续性好等优点,部分斗提生产厂家为斗提配备的减速机采用了德国生产的波特兰减速机。本文介绍了作者在自已企业的钢丝胶带斗提所配波特兰减速机输出轴断裂时采取了改造的方法,使问题及时得到了解决,从而减少了企业的直接损失和间接损失,恢复了生产。
