Our comrades and organs in our bureau and units directly under the government in Beijing participated in the work of teaching for one year for the thirty-five comrades participating in the Central Organization’s lecturer delegation to Qinghai Province and returned to Beijing on July 21. In the past year, they undertook the training of primary school teachers in Haidong district of Qinghai Province, teaching in ordinary secondary schools and setting up the cement profession
