近年来,国外溢油回收设备正向着体积小、重量轻、安装方便及操作简单等方面发展。过去常用三船扫油系统进行扫油和收油。此系统需要三条船,同时海上操作复杂,机动性差。因此,最近国外研制出单船扫油系统,它只需要一条船,并且可以把扫油设备安装在包括拖船和渔船在内的各种船上。此外,单船扫油系统机动性好,能有效地追捕海面上的溢油带,回收溢油,并更能适应恶劣的海况和气象条件。
In recent years, overseas oil spill recovery equipment is moving toward small size, light weight, easy installation and easy operation. In the past, the three-ship oil sweeping system was often used for oil sweeping and oil collection. This system requires three boats, while complex marine operations and poor maneuverability. Therefore, a single-ship oil sweeping system has recently been developed abroad which requires only one ship and can install the oil sweeping equipment on various ships, including tugboats and fishing vessels. In addition, the single-ship sweeping system has good maneuverability and can effectively track oil spill on the sea surface, recover oil spills and better adapt to harsh sea conditions and meteorological conditions.
