There have been many definitions of broadcasts that have been made in previous quarters, while the articles that deal with definitions have been rare, and conceptually confusing in existing monographs. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the previous definitions and to put forward personal opinions on the issues related to the definition of broadcasting so as to cause the researchers in the field of radio and television theory to study in more depth.
