国有企业工会是员工的群众组织,是党密切联系群众的桥梁纽带,是确保个人利益与集体利益有机统一的维系者。在新形势下,如何探索工会工作的新规律、新路子,使工会组织不断焕发新的活力,是当前我们面临的重要课题。
The labor union of state-owned enterprises is a mass organization of employees and a bridge between the party in close contact with the masses and a maintainer of ensuring the organic unity of individual interests and collective interests. Under the new situation, how to explore new rules and new ways for the work of trade unions so as to constantly rejuvenate the trade union organizations is an important issue that we are facing now.
