哈尔滨铁路系统基层医疗预防保健机构是在铁路系统设立的为职工及家属医疗卫生保健服务的内设机构(如卫生所、保健站),承担着哈尔滨铁路职工及家属的医疗、保健任务。其中,哈尔滨分局设基层卫生所20个,保健站17个,平均每10公里有1个医疗预防保健机构。
