目的:探讨CD44V6和MMP-2基因蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及作用。方法;在22例乳腺良性组织和58例乳腺癌中应用流式细胞术定量检测CD44V6和MMP-2的表达。结果:CD44V6和MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达均明显高于乳腺良性组织(P<0.05),二者均与乳腺癌淋巴转移及临床分期密切相关(P<0.05),且在乳腺癌中CD44V6和MMP-2的表达呈正相关。结论:CD44V6和MMP-2的高表达促进了乳腺癌的侵袭和转移,提示CD44V6和MMP-2可作为乳腺癌诊断和预后判断的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and role of CD44V6 and MMP-2 in breast cancer. Methods: The expressions of CD44V6 and MMP-2 were detected by flow cytometry in 22 cases of benign breast tissues and 58 cases of breast cancer. Results: The expressions of CD44V6 and MMP-2 in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign breast tissues (P <0.05), both of which were closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05) The expression of CD44V6 and MMP-2 were positively correlated. Conclusion: The high expression of CD44V6 and MMP-2 promote the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, suggesting that CD44V6 and MMP-2 can be used as indicators for the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
