目的研究抗新生血管药物在增生性糖尿病视网膜病变玻切手术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月郑州大学第四附属医院收治的60例增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,根据治疗措施将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用玻璃体切割术治疗,观察组联合抗新生血管药物治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前、治疗后1个月眼压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、7 d眼压水平显著低于对照组
