国务院《企业信息公示暂行条例》的实施是国家介入市场经济方式的重大改革。从市场监管经济学的视角来看,新市场监管格局打破原来市场行政监管围绕市场主体进行的格局,更加注意使用影响市场主体交易的新方式。新市场监管的逻辑走向是:公布市场主体有关信息—形成市场主体状态—产生市场认知—影响交易—影响总收入R—市场主体反思调整自身信用形象—走向好的市场秩序均衡。
The implementation of the “Interim Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information” by the State Council is a major reform that involves the state in the market economy. From the perspective of market supervision economics, the new market supervision pattern breaks the original pattern of market supervision over the market players and pays more attention to using new ways of influencing the market participants. The logical trend of new market regulation is: to publish information about the market players - to form the market players’ status - to generate market cognitions - to influence the transactions - to affect the total revenue R - to reflect and adjust their own credit image by the market players - to strike a good market order equilibrium.
