仲裁裁决的国籍在国际商事仲裁实践中具有重要的作用,其对仲裁裁决的效力有着重要的甚至是决定性的影响,各国法院对于本国裁决均可以行使撤销监督的权力,而对于外国裁决只能选择承认或者拒绝予以执行。决定国际商事仲裁裁裁决的国籍一般实行地域标准。
The nationality of the arbitral award plays an important role in the practice of international commercial arbitration. It has an important or even decisive influence on the validity of the arbitral award. All the courts in the country can exercise the power to revoke the supervision of their own decisions, but only for the foreign ruling Admit or refuse to be enforced.
