目的:调查宁夏六盘山及周边地区莱姆病自然疫源地状况。方法:分别采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)、ELISA法,检测人、畜血清莱姆病抗体.采集蜱类进行病原分离。结果:检测757人,抗莱姆病螺旋体IgG抗体阳性(≥1:128)24人,自然感染率3.17%,并查出典型莱姆病病例;黄牛、绵羊、山羊抗莱姆病抗体阳性水分别为23.88%(16/67)、15.82%(25/158)、20.31%(13/64)。共采集硬蜱4属5种141只,其中1属4种为宁夏首次记录;全沟硬蜱带菌率为50.0%(5/10),从80只全沟硬蜱分离出3株莱姆病疏螺旋体。结论:首次证实宁夏六盘山地两侧及前山丘陵地区、盐池县存在莱姆病自然疫源地。
Objective: To investigate the natural epidemic situation of Lyme disease in Liupan Mountain and the surrounding areas in Ningxia. Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) and ELISA were used to detect human and animal serum Lyme disease antibody. Collection of ticks for pathogen isolation. Results: A total of 757 people were tested for anti-Lyme disease spirochete IgG antibody (≥1: 128), 24 patients were infected with natural infection rate of 3.17%, and typical cases of Lyme disease were detected. Positive water were 23.88% (16/67), 15.82% (25/158) and 20.31% (13/64), respectively. A total of 141 species belonging to 4 genera and 5 species of Ixodes were collected, of which 4 species belonging to 4 genera and 1 genus were recorded for the first time in Ningxia. The incidence of Ixodida was 50.0% (5/10) Mycosis Borrelia. Conclusion: It is the first time to confirm that there are natural foci of Lyme disease in Yanchi County on both sides of Liupan Mountain and the hilly area of Ningxia.
