双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)又称白蘑菇、法国蘑菇等,其肉质肥嫩、鲜美适口,是一种营养丰富的高档食用菌。笔者采用以麦稻草为主料,添加尿素等辅料,并配合堆制发酵,在陕西示范推广,获得每平方米平均产鲜菇2.5公斤的高产。该项研究成果,于1990年荣获陕西省农村科技二等奖。现将其高产技术简述如下: (一)培养料的配方、堆制与发酵麦稻草2500公斤,菜籽饼100公斤,麸皮或米糠100公斤,尿素40公斤,石膏粉100公斤,过磷酸钙50公斤,石灰粉85公斤,硫酸铜1公斤。 (1)堆料方法:在堆料场底上先铺一层6-10厘米厚的干麦草,宽2.5-3米,然后添撒一层菜籽饼,再铺一层湿草,厚2-3厘米,一层草一层菜籽饼,共堆积8-10层。各层的铺垫适当压实,并边堆边浇少量水;
Agaricus bisporus (Agaricus bisporus), also known as white mushrooms, mushrooms and other French, its fat and tender, delicious palatability, is a nutrient-rich high-grade mushrooms. I used to wheat straw-based materials, add urea and other excipients, and with the heap fermentation, demonstration and promotion in Shaanxi, access to an average of 2.5 kg per square meter yield fresh mushrooms. The research results, in 1990 won the second prize of rural science and technology in Shaanxi Province. Now its high-yielding technology is briefly described as follows: (a) training materials formula, piling and fermentation 2500 kg wheat straw, rapeseed cake 100 kg, bran or rice bran 100 kg, urea 40 kg, gypsum powder 100 kg, 50 kilograms of calcium, 85 kilograms of lime and 1 kilogram of copper sulfate. (1) Stacking method: Lay a layer of dried wheat straw 6-10cm thick on the bottom of the stacking yard, width 2.5-3m, then add a layer of rapeseed cake, then apply a layer of wet grass, thickness 2 -3 cm, a layer of rapeseed grass, a total of 8-10 layers of accumulation.
