刘敦一,中国地质科学院地质研究所研究员,同位素地质年代学学科带头人,国际地质对比计划中国国家委员会主任、北京离子探针中心主任。他领导的北京离子探针中心,以最高的仪器利用率和开放程度,为国内外地学界提供了一个向国际开放的、高水平的年代学实验与研究平台。由其主持研发的大型科学装备远程共享一离子探针示范系统实现了世界首创的仪器远程控制技术,得到国内外地学界的一致赞誉。他曾发表学术论文154篇,其中国际SCI论文29篇。6月18日至19日,中国地质科学院地质研究所(北京离子探针中心)研究员刘敦一应山东省地质科学研究院邀请,就该院的发展及省、部级重点实验室建设进行座谈,并作了专题学术报告。18日下午,院领导班子成员及省、部级重点实验室的各专业学术带头人与刘敦一研究员进行了座谈。于学峰院长介绍了研究院的基本情况,省、部级重点实验室的建设情况,以及近年来取得的科技创新成果。刘敦一研究员认真听取了整个汇报,对取得的重大科技创新成果给予高度评价,并就下一步的建设与发展提出了指导性的意见与
