目前,驻马店水文局离城市较近的水文站均建设有橡胶坝等水利工程。受水利工程蓄水影响,基本断面处水位高居不下,水面比降趋近于0。若按照天然状态下水位级的划分,中高水水位将会经常性出现,不符合常规,给测验方式的选择及水情报汛带来很大麻烦;因此雍水情况下的水位级划分应区别于自然河道状态下的情况。文章通过实例分析计算,力图找出一条解决问题的方法,使得水位级划分更加客观。
