威尼克脑病 (简称ＷＥ )系烟酸或硫胺 (ＶｉｔＢ1)缺乏所致的急性病症 ,临床上多为慢性酒精中毒引起 ,其它如长期静脉输液、血液透析等也可引发该病 ,而妊娠剧吐致ＷＥ报道尚少。我科于 1999年 10月先后收治 2例因妊娠剧吐引起ＷＥ病人 ,现报告如下。1 病例介绍 [例 1 ] ?
Venenic encephalopathy (WE) is a type of acute illness caused by the deficiency of nicotinic acid or thiamine (VitB1). It is mostly caused by chronic alcoholism in clinical practice. Other diseases such as long-term intravenous infusion and hemodialysis may also cause the disease. Spit to WE report is still less.
