[World Nuclear News Web site July 14, 2015] Nu Gen has signed a contract with the British Nuclear Departure Authority (NDA) for the purchase of land necessary for the construction of a nuclear power plant in Moorside. Nuclear Age July 14, 2015 announced that the company’s board of directors has approved the contract. Prior to the signing of the contract, Nuclear Age has completed site adaptability studies and confirmed that the site is suitable for the construction of 3 AP1000 units. After delivering “undisclosed” funds to the Nuclear Refund Administration, the nuclear era will own the site.
