在运营生产中,物资的消耗在企业成本的支出中占有相当大的比重。铁路新建单位在运营生产中出现了诸多问题,如材料科与各用料部门沟通不到位、库内物资不按顺序摆放、库存物资较多、物资管理人员管理意识不强业务不熟练、物资计划管理不严格及缺乏计划性等问题。针对以上问题提出了如何加强新建铁路单位物资管理的建议。
In operation production, the consumption of materials occupies a large proportion of the cost of the enterprise. New units of railway appeared many problems in operation and production. For example, materials department and various materials departments did not communicate properly, the materials in the warehouse were not put in order, there were more stock supplies, the management consciousness of material management staff was not strong, the unskilled business, Plan management is not strict and lack of planning and other issues. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the material management of new railway units.
