宽膜植棉已达６．７万ｈｍ２以上，但有关其研究报道极少。本文在丰产棉田通过宽、窄膜棉田不同时期生育指标、产量和品质的比较，揭示了宽膜保墒增温作用更好，更有利于促进棉花生长发育，最终宽膜棉田皮棉单产提高１２．６％，纤维品质有明显改善，净增纯收入２６６７．２元·ｈｍ－２。分析还表明，在宽膜覆盖的丰产棉田应提前和加强花铃期追肥。
Wide-film cotton has reached more than 67,000 hm2, but few reports on its research.
