随着新课标的推进,各个学科的教学改革不断深入。体育专业也是如此,全新的教学理念,不断进行的教学改革步伐,素质教育的逐步倡导,都对基础学校各科教育教师的专业能力提出了更高的要求,因此也对普通高等学校的教师教育专业培养提出了新的要求。本文将运用文献综述法对体育教育专业学生职业能力的培养现状进行阐述与分析,并在此基础上提出相应的发展对策。
With the advancing of the new curriculum standard, the teaching reform in all disciplines has been deepened continuously. The same is true of the sports majors. The brand-new teaching concept, the continuous pace of teaching reform and the gradual advocacy of quality-oriented education all put forward higher requirements on the professional abilities of teachers in all subjects of basic schools. Therefore, teachers’ education in ordinary colleges and universities Professional training put forward new requirements.
