利用络合转换法成功地在壳聚糖有机薄膜中得到了Mn掺杂的ZnS纳米微晶。通过改变反应时间来控制晶粒尺寸,得到的微晶尺寸在4060nm范围内。利用激发和发射光谱分析了量子尺寸效应造成的光学特性。分析了壳聚糖中纳米微粒的形成机理。
The Mn-doped ZnS nanocrystals were successfully obtained in chitosan organic films by complex conversion method. By changing the reaction time to control the grain size, the obtained crystallite size is in the range of 4060nm. The excitation and emission spectra were used to analyze the optical properties caused by the quantum size effect. The formation mechanism of nanoparticles in chitosan was analyzed.
