目的:了解大连市医院胃肠镜清洗消毒状况,以便改进其消毒质量。方法:采用现场采样检测方法,对2012~2016年大连市医院的胃肠镜进行消毒效果检测。结果:2012~2016年大连市共检测157条内镜,内镜内腔面细菌菌落总数结果合格率为87.90%(138/157),各年份内镜合格率差异无统计学意义(x~2=2.06,P>0.05)。胃镜和肠镜合格率差异无统计学意义(x~2=0.25,P>0.05);均未检出致病菌。结论:大连市医院胃肠镜消毒合格率较低,要继续加强内镜清洗消毒。
Objective: To understand the status of gastrointestinal endoscope cleaning and disinfection in Dalian City in order to improve its disinfection quality. Methods: The on-site sampling method was used to test the gastrointestinal endoscopy in Dalian Hospital from 2012 to 2016. Results: A total of 157 endoscopes were detected in Dalian from 2012 to 2016. The total number of bacterial colonies in the endoscopic cavity was 87.90% (138/157). There was no significant difference in the endoscopic rates among all the years (x ~ 2 = 2.06, P> 0.05). Gastroscopy and enteroscopy qualified rate difference was not statistically significant (x ~ 2 = 0.25, P> 0.05); no pathogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusion: The success rate of gastroenteroscope disinfection in Dalian City Hospital is relatively low. It is necessary to continue to strengthen the endoscope cleaning and disinfection.
