上世纪80年代由于石料稳定性及计量准确性等方面原因,连续式沥青混合料拌和楼在国内很少得到应用,但是自上世纪90年代以来连续式拌和楼有了很大的发展。广东冠粤路桥有限公司在广佛高速公路大修工程引进了美国ASTEC连续式双滚筒沥青混合料拌和楼,并取得良好应用效果,后来又在深圳龙大高速公路、京珠高速公路广珠北段、佛山绕城公路BS08标、广州西二环南段等众多项目中得到成功应用,本文通过介绍分析应用连续式拌和楼时集料控制重点和方法,为其推广应用提供参考。
In the 1980s, due to the reasons of stone stability and measurement accuracy, continuous asphalt mixing plant has rarely been used domestically, but the continuous mixing plant has been greatly developed since the 1990s. Guangdong Guan Yue Road and Bridge Co., Ltd. in the Guangzhou-Foshan Expressway overhaul project introduced the United States ASTEC continuous double-roller asphalt mixing plant, and achieved good results, and later in Shenzhen, Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway, Guangzhou-Zhuhai Pearl River North Section , Foshan Ring Road BS08 standard, Guangzhou West Second Ring Road and many other projects successfully applied in this paper by introducing the application of continuous mixing floor when the aggregate control of the focus and method for its promotion and application of reference.
