在30年的改革开放进程中,我国大力推进中美之间的经济协调运作,获取了许多宝贵经验或有益启示。它们至少包括:(1)牢固树立现代理念,坚持进行协调;(2)正确辨识对手诉求,区别进行协调;(3)确立既定战略目标,反复进行协调;(4)认定具体重要目标,不断进行协调;(5)满足对方必要利益,善于进行协调;(6)洞察贸易摩擦走势,及时进行协调。同时,以此为重要的衡量尺度,我们少量的国际经济协调运作似还有待进一步斟酌或改进。
In the process of 30 years of reform and opening up, China has vigorously promoted the coordinated operation of economy between China and the United States, and gained many valuable experiences or useful enlightenments. They include at least: (1) firmly establish the modern concept, insist on coordination; (2) correct identification of opponents demand, the difference between the coordination; (3) establish the established strategic objectives, repeated coordination; (4) identify specific important goals, Coordination; (5) to meet each other’s necessary interests, be good at coordination; (6) insight into the trend of trade friction, timely coordination. At the same time, taking this as an important measure, we still need to consider or improve our small amount of coordinated operation of the international economy.
