在全国亿万军民热烈欢呼华国锋同志担任中共中央主席、中央军委主席,热烈庆祝以华主席为首的党中央一举粉碎王洪文、张春桥、江青、姚文元反党集团的大喜日子里,全国小提琴标准执行情况交流会在四川省二轻局和成都市二轻局的大力支持下于一九七六年十二月十三日——十二月十八日在成都召开。参加会议的有二十八个单位,共六十九名代表。
