本文通过对急进高原个体外周血丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的变化及胃镜观察,对急进高原个体外周血氧自由基变化与急性胃肠粘膜损伤情况分析。作者选取20例由平原急进高原个体分别于进入高原前1d、进入高原第3d和第7d进行胃镜检查,并同步抽取血液标本,对其外周血清MDA、H2O2的含量进行检测。结果:20例平原个体急进高原后第3d及第7d
In this paper, the changes of oxygen free radicals in peripheral blood and the acute gastrointestinal mucosal injury in the steep plateau were analyzed by the changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in peripheral blood and gastroscopy. The authors selected 20 cases of acute rapid plateau from the plain before entering the plateau 1d, into the plateau 3d and 7d for gastroscopy, and simultaneous extraction of blood samples, the content of serum MDA, H2O2 were detected. Results: In the 20 plain individuals, the first three days and the seventh day after reaching the plateau
