传统的课堂教学常常不顾学生的知识水平、认知能力和兴趣爱好等个性差异,只是强调按统一的教学计划达到统一的教学要求,往往会导致严重的不良后果,造成两极分化现象,并影响班级的整体授课气氛。因此,要贯彻素质教育面向全体学生的教学思想,就必须在两者之间找到平衡点,力求使各个层次学生都学有所得,互相促进,共同发展。本文探讨了分层导学在物理教学中的几点尝试。
Traditional classroom teaching often neglects personality differences such as students’ knowledge level, cognitive ability and hobbies, but emphasizes that the uniform teaching plan can reach a uniform teaching requirement, which often leads to serious adverse consequences, causing polarization and affecting class The overall teaching atmosphere.
