温政办〔2014〕118号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:为规范和推进政府购买服务,进一步加快政府职能转变,积极构建公平、优质、高效的公共服务体系,提高公共服务供给水平和效率,根据《国务院办公厅关于政府向社会力量购买服务的指导意见》(国办发〔2013〕96号)和《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于政府向社会力量购买服务的实施意见》(浙政办发〔2014〕72号)精神,结合本市实际,经市政府同意,现就政府购买服务工作提出如下实施意见。
