The International Association of Geochemistry and Cosmochemistry (IAGC) convened the “International Symposium on Geochemical Methods II in International Geochemistry” organized by its Geochemical Exploration Working Group in September 1981 and held a conference in Irkutsk, the Soviet Union meeting. The meeting was attended by: (Director, USSR), B. Hitchon (Vice Chairman, Canada), S. Deutsch (Secretary, Belgium) E. Angino (Treasurer, USA) G. Wether 11 ) And I. Barnes (Director, United States) (Board member, USSR).
