当前,很多事业单位的管理者还没有形成正确的国有资产管理意识,国有资产的管理和监管力度比较弱,缺乏标准化的监管制度。这就需要事业单位对国有资产管理工作引起足够重视,通过对当前存在的问题进行反思,以采取有效的措施来加强国有资产管理。本文主要对事业单位国有资产管理中存在的问题以及应对措施进行了具体分析,希望给事业单位管理者提供参考和帮助。
At present, the managers of many institutions have not yet formed the correct awareness of the management of state-owned assets, the management and supervision of state-owned assets are relatively weak, and there is a lack of a standardized regulatory system. This requires institutions to pay enough attention to the management of state-owned assets, through the reflection on the existing problems and taking effective measures to strengthen the management of state-owned assets. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the state-owned assets management of public institutions and the countermeasures, and hopes to provide reference and help to managers of public institutions.
