为了提高航空活塞发动机温度测试效率以及数据采集与处理能力,通过分析传统温度测试系统存在的主要问题,提出一种基于嵌入式计算机控制技术以及无线通信技术的航空活塞发动机无线温度测试系统设计方法。测试结果表明:该方法能够有效满足航空活塞发动机温度测试过程中对测试装置体积小、系统安装方便、数据通信可靠的技术要求。
In order to improve the efficiency of air piston engine temperature measurement and data acquisition and processing ability, this paper presents a design method of wireless temperature test system of aviation piston engine based on embedded computer control technology and wireless communication technology by analyzing the main problems existing in traditional temperature test system. The test results show that this method can effectively meet the technical requirements of small size, convenient system installation and reliable data communication during the temperature test of aviation piston engine.
