研究了不同化合物对褐化严重的云南红豆杉愈伤组织生长的影响。结果表明,在培养基中添加 0. 29 mg/L L-谷氨酰胺和 0.074~0.22 mg/L桂皮酸后能有效地抑制愈伤组织和培养基的褐化,显著改善愈伤组织的生长,并对紫杉醇的含量影响不大;桂皮酸浓度在0.30 mg/L 以上时,则抑制愈伤组织的生长,但能提高其紫杉醇含量。
The effect of different compounds on the callus growth of T. yunnanensis with severe browning was studied. The results showed that the medium was added 0. 29 mg/L L-glutamine and 0.074-0.22 mg/L cinnamic acid can effectively inhibit the browning of callus and culture medium, significantly improve the callus growth, and the content of paclitaxel. The effect was not significant; when the cinnamic acid concentration was 0.30 mg/L or more, the growth of the callus was inhibited but the paclitaxel content could be increased.
