本文研究了6例慢性阻塞性肺病患者的血液动力学和气体交换的情况。所选择的患者,平均年龄60岁,其血容量比正常值平均大1.3升,5例血球容积比正常高50％。患者无感染史,及最近4周内未用影响肺循环的药物。患者在多血症状态下,先进行有关项目的检查,然后静脉切开放血500毫升,15分钟后重复有关检查,以观察其即刻疗效。接着采用利尿疗法(速尿120～250毫克/天),2周～2月后,重复进行检查,以了解失水的长期效果。
This article studied the hemodynamics and gas exchange in 6 patients with COPD. The selected patients, mean age 60 years old, had an average blood volume 1.3 liters above normal and 5 hemocytes volume 50% higher than normal. No history of infection in patients, and the last 4 weeks did not affect the pulmonary circulation of drugs. Patients in the state of hyperlipidemia, the first check on the relevant items, and then 500 ml venous blood, after 15 minutes repeat the inspection to observe the immediate effect. Followed by diuretic therapy (furosemide 120 ~ 250 mg / day), 2 weeks to 2 months after repeated inspection to understand the long-term effect of water loss.
