目的建立基于DPPH-HPLC联合HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS技术的抗氧化成分快速筛选方法,并用于马粪海胆中抗氧化成分的快速辨识。方法对DPPH-HPLC筛选条件进行系统优化,采用优化的条件对马粪海胆提取物进行筛选,采用HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS技术对其进行鉴别。结果该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,在马粪海胆中发现了9种具有抗氧化活性的化学成分。结论本研究为海洋天然产物中抗氧化成分快速辨识提供了方法和技术支持。
Objective To establish a rapid screening method for anti-oxidation components based on DPPH-HPLC combined with HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS and to quickly identify the antioxidant components in E. urchini. Methods The DPPH-HPLC screening conditions were systematically optimized. The optimized conditions were used to screen the extracts of horse feces and sea urchins. HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS technique was used to identify them. Results The method was rapid, accurate and sensitive. Nine chemical components with antioxidant activity were found in horse feces and sea urchins. Conclusion This study provides methods and technical support for the rapid identification of antioxidants in marine natural products.
