分层教学是根据学生智力和非智力因素的差异,针对学生学习能力和水平的不同,提出不同的教学要求,采取不同的措施进行的教学。该方法强调以学生为主体,注重每个学生个性心理特征的全面发展,是面向全体学生、注重学生全面发展的一种新的教学模式。在初中化学教学中实施分层教学,有利于提高初中化学教学质量。本文探究了初中化学教学中分层教学模式的实施策略。
Hierarchical teaching is based on the differences between students ’intelligence and non-intelligence factors, according to the students’ ability and level of learning different, put forward different teaching requirements, take different measures to carry out teaching. The method emphasizes that the students as the main body, pay attention to the comprehensive development of each student’s psychological characteristics of personality, is a new teaching mode for all students, pay attention to the all-round development of students. Implementing the layered teaching in junior high school chemistry teaching will help to improve junior high school chemistry teaching quality. This article explores the implementation strategies of the hierarchical teaching mode in junior high school chemistry teaching.
