龋病是口腔科常见的多发病,缺损的修复,长期以来采用银汞合金、砱酸锌粘固粉、硅酸盐粘固粉等材料。由于银是贵金属、汞又有毒害,砱酸锌、硅酸盐粘固粉强度低,以及上述材料对齿质无粘合力,充填前需制备洞型。给病人带来较大的痛苦,因此,研究性能较理想的牙科充填材料成为迫切的需要。理想的充填材料是操作性能好,与齿质有牢固的粘合力,化学稳定性好,不刺激牙髓,热膨胀系数与人牙相近,高抗压强度、高硬度,耐磨性好,不透X射线以及色泽稳定等。
