一、有效备课,提高课堂教学的效率备好课,是上好课的前提。课程标准是实施教学的依据,也是中考命题的依据。潜心学习、研究、把握,做到课标在我心中,教学有理有据。最大限度地减少课堂教学的随意性,突出教学重难点,减轻学生负担,少走弯路,从而提高课堂效率。只有在备课中落实新课标精神,我们才能上出符合新课标要求的课。老师是课堂教学的促进者、引导者,怎样促进,怎样引导,是不可能在教学活动中随意生成的,必须在课前有所考虑,课堂上的生成需要教师运用教育的智慧去引导,学生学习欲望和动机需要教师去激发。没有备课时的全面考虑与周密设计,就没有课堂上的有效引导与动态生成;没有上课前的胸有成竹,就不可能有课堂上的游刃有余。
