目的观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法选择2010年5月—2013年11月在我院接受治疗的室性心律失常患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。两组患者均接受针对基础疾病的常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上口服美托洛尔25~50 mg/次,2~3次/d;观察组患者在对照组基础上口服稳心颗粒1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为84.0%,高于对照组的64.0%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常疗效较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 150 cases of ventricular arrhythmias treated in our hospital from May 2010 to November 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received metoprolol 25 ~ 50 mg / time, 2 ~ 3 times / d on the basis of the above. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group took oral Wenxin granules 1 bag / time, 3 times / d. Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during the treatment of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 84.0%, which was higher than 64.0% in control group (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with Metoprolol is effective in treating ventricular arrhythmia, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and is safe and reliable, and has a high clinical value.
