目的:对比研究黑面神茎、枝叶乙醇和水提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法比较黑面神茎、枝叶各提取物的体外抑菌作用,并采用试管二倍稀释法测定枝叶提取物对敏感菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:枝叶水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC分别为15.625 mg·ml-1和125 mg·ml-1,醇提物为31.25 mg·ml-1和500 mg·ml-1,抑菌率分别达257.0%和115.5%;枝叶水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC和MBC均为125 mg·ml-1,醇提物均为250 mg·ml-1,抑菌率分别达115.5%和31.0%;而茎水提物对试验菌及提取物对白色念珠菌均无抑菌作用。结论:黑面神枝叶提取物抑菌作用明显强于茎提取物,且水提物作用较醇提物强。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the in vitro antibacterial activity of ethanol, water extract from stems and leaves of Radix Aconitum in vitro. Methods: The in vitro antibacterial activity of extracts of stems, leaves and leaves were compared by disc diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MIC) MBC). Results: The MICs and MBCs of S. aureus were 15.625 mg · ml-1 and 125 mg · ml-1 respectively, and the ethanol extracts were 31.25 mg · ml-1 and 500 mg · ml-1, respectively The rates of bacteria were 257.0% and 115.5%, respectively. The MIC and MBC of the aqueous extracts from leaves and branches were both 125 mg · ml-1 and the alcohol extracts were both 250 mg · ml-1. The inhibitory rates were 115.5% and 31.0%, respectively. However, stem water extract had no bacteriostasis against Candida albicans on test bacteria and extract. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial activity of extracts from the branches and leaves of Radix Aconitum is stronger than that of stem extracts, and the effect of aqueous extracts is stronger than that of alcohol extracts.
