以D-甘露醇为原料,通过6步反应合成了抗病毒剂S-9-(2,3-双羟丙基)腺嘌呤(S-DH-PA).对其中两步反应条件进行了改进,使操作简化,收率提高.最后产物经波谱及元素分析确证,并测得其生物活性与标准品活性接近(IC507.6μmol/L).
Antiviral agent S-9- (2,3-bishydroxypropyl) -Adenine (S-DH-PA) was synthesized by 6 steps using D-mannitol as raw material. One of the two-step reaction conditions were improved, so that the operation is simplified, the yield increased. The final product was confirmed by spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and its biological activity and standard activity were measured (IC507.6μmol / L).
