目前晶体管直流稳压电源虽然已有许多典型线路,但在要求较高,负载电流较大的场合,往往需要采用复杂的线路或是二次稳压线路。这样就造成维修麻烦,调试也比较繁复。本文所介绍的晶体管直流稳压电源,线路形式简单,负载能力强,稳定度很高,同时纹波电压非常小,因此特别适合于作为低噪声电路的供电电源,由于线路简单,调试方便,作为实验室或仪器仪表电源也很满意。图1是线路原理图,其中除标有*号的电阻为调试电阻外,其他电阻对任何输出电压值都是固定的,不必调试。这种电路的工作原理及特点简述如下: 1)比较放大器BG_1与BG_2采用差分形式,流过稳压管2DW7C的电流是BG_2基极回路中的电流,在
