According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council for Forwarding the Scheme of the Securities and Futures Commission Clearing Securities Trading Center (Guo Ban Fa [1998] No. 135) and the Circular on Examination and Approval of Securities Sales Department (Zheng Jian Zi Zi [1999] No. 13) Relevant regulations are reviewed and approved as follows:
