Objective: To investigate the effect of simulated sea voyage on serum interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into control group (C group), simulated floating group (A group) and simulated sea voyage group (B group), with 12 rats in each group. The experiment was divided into three stages: the first stage was three days of adaptive training, 10 min per day, to simulate the marine floating device and rat treadmill; the second stage was simulated floating 3h; the third stage was high-intensity exercise 2h . Groups A and B underwent stages 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Serum levels of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 were measured after the experiment. Results: Compared with group C, the levels of IL-1 in group A and group B increased, and the difference between group B and group C was statistically significant (P <0.05); The levels of IL-2, IL-6 and C group were significantly increased (P <0.05). The results showed that the body’s interleukin level was affected by psychological stress and exercise stress during the simulation of sea voyage.
